Latest medichecks results - high CRP levels

Results of medichecks are in! My T4 and T3 have come up from where they were before which is nice. Ferritin, folate and vit b12 are also improving, which is nice as my supplements are obviously doing their job.

My only real concern is the CRP levels. Anyone have any experience with this?

Your vit D is still low. What are you taking for that? Use this calculator to work out how much you need to take along with K2 to help it go to your bones. Aim for around 100 or just over. grassrootshealth.net/projec...

Your folate is improved but could be better. Not sure what you're taking for that?

Ferritin currently deficient have you been supplementing or eating chicken livers or pate?

Free T4 (fT4) 19.2 pmol/L (12 - 22) 72.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 5.29 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 59.2%

Your TSH is far too high and free's not the best although you do seem to be converting well. Would request a 25mcg dose increase.

CRP is very non specific inflammation. It may be that once you get all vitamins to OPTIMAL and TSH comes down with a dose icnrease it normalises.

B12 is at 42% so not optimal. What have you been taking for that?
