Prescriptions fulfilled by different pharmacies...

Does anyone successfully juggle this?

I would like to get my HRT from the surgery (just around the corner)

One from an independent (next town, surgery won't supply)

Then might need to source the NHS T3 from somewhere else again? (possibly one of the postal ones?)

Just signed up to explore what Chemist4U can offer (I don't want to be postal reliant for all) before I have verified or even logged in it pinged me an email to say they have taken over my nomination... how do they do that!!

I think not! 😡

Of course, non or them renew at the same time 😬

Would I just have to go in and change it each time I renew a script? What could possibly go wrong 🙄

we can’t get paper copies anymore so apart from changing my nominated pharmacy each time I ordered it would be very difficult. I’m dubious about the mail pharmacies, I think they are all or nothing. X

what a nightmare for you…

I wonder if the independent would also pick up one of the others?

It all adds to the fun and games, I shall have to come up with a system or it'll be a nightmare 😩

I get NHS T3 from pharmacy at surgery. Have had a few battles from time to time though. 🤞

Oh, that is interesting, perhaps I'm worrying over nothing and they will actually come good with this... They aren't much cop at the moment but are being taken over in the new year 🙏

that gives you a bit of time to undertake assertiveness training … 👍

😂 good luck

I'm better than my dogs at jumping through hoops... never too old to learn new skills eh 😉

One celebrity Dr, so the place will be heaving with swooning ladies of a certain age 🤣

it depends on who will be taking over your Pharmacy - if it’s Lloyds, don’t hold your breath. They appear to have taken over Drs and Hospital Pharmacies in this area and they are useless ☹️

Oh?! Just being taken over by another small group practice... no real details yet, I mean, why would they involve us eh!

Can't be worse than the current lot, they have previously taken over another village surgery and turned things around 🤞

I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you - just hope I don’t get and itch in my eye in the meanwhile 😀

I can’t see why you wouldn’t be able to to it using 2 different postal suppliers. They ask which medication you need anyway.

Unless I have the wrong end of the stick and you mean something else.

👋It seemed that when I registered with Chemist4U they nominated themselves as my go to, for everything and had full access to my NHS details... though I have not confirmed anything with them?

I'd rather be able to just walk around to the surgery for the things they can get for me
