Every evening as I try to enjoy some TV shows, despite steady ambient temperature, I get hot, then cold, then hot. Repeat, repeat.
Does anyone else have this situation? My thyroid medication has been steady for many years and I do not believe I have any other symptoms, other than inability to lose weight on a calorie-restricted diet. Note: I also have Raynaud's disease, so I live in Florida to get away from the snow!

Part of the problem may be the calorie restricted diet. We need calories and carbs to efficiently convert t4 to t3. Heat regulation and inability to lose weight can be symptoms of hypo and might be caused by a ft3 lower than you need
