Impossible task of timing thyroid meds with antibiotics, supplements and meals. Advice please!

I have become used to the delicate art of timing my thyroid meds (levo and lio) with my supplement intake and my meals. My other problem now is necessary antibiotics. It seems I should take supplements two hours after antibiotics and at least six hours before. Given that I also need to take the antibiotics at the beginning of a meal, I can’t see how this is going to work. Add in the complication of ensuring that the antibiotics, three a day, are equally spread through the day, I just don’t know how to tackle this. Being a perfectionist I want to get it right, but I don’t see how I can if I wish to remain reasonably sane! Something will have to give. Any advice as to what?

It’s tough to let stuff go, (only sweat the small stuff) and I think I’ve improved with age, (mid 70s now!) but I am still a work in progress. 🙄
