At-home test kits for Europe (Belgium)

Hi, i often read here on the forum that people are testing at home with finger prick tests. I would like to try that because it’s sometimes hard for me to go to the doctor because of my anxiety disorder. I live in Belgium and i found one that tests tsh-ft4-ft3 and it costs €60, which is about 52 gbp. The brand is Homed-IQ. Is there anyone here on the forum from Belgium who did finger prick tests at home? I want to try it but i find it expensive. Maybe there are other brands that i haven’t found yet..

Hi Sofie I live in Belgium but have never tried a home test. I go over the border to France, where I can get any lab I want. Their ranges are a bit strange though, at least in the one I go to. A bit cheaper than your home test.

It has good reviews online though. trustpilot.com/review/homed...

If they have a B12 and folate (foliumzuur) test, you may want to do those as well. Anxiety can also be due low b12/folate.

Vit D and iron are the other tests recommended here. It does all add up, I know.

Best wishes.
