I put a post on 27th Sept as my t3 was high. 6.7 (3.1- 6.8) That's was a medichecks test. I was taking 15mcg of t3 so I reduced it to 12-1/2. I was due to have a blood test 3 weeks later at my doctors.Result came back
t3. 5.6 (4.00- 6.60
t4. 12.3 (7.9-20.0)
I dont understand why my t4 levels keep dropping, its not been the first time.

My thyroxine was increased from 75mcg to 100mcg in June.
I started taking my thyroxine at night and split the t3 3 times a day.
From previous post
Was most recent test done early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
If you normally take levothyroxine at bedtime/in night ...do you adjust timings as follows prior to blood test
If testing Monday morning, delay Saturday evening dose levothyroxine until Sunday morning. Delay Sunday evening dose levothyroxine until after blood test on Monday morning. Take Monday evening dose levothyroxine as per normal
Similarly if normally splitting your levothyroxine, take whole daily dose 24 hours before test
REMEMBER.....very important....stop taking any supplements that contain biotin a week before ALL BLOOD TESTS as biotin can falsely affect test results - eg vitamin B complex
what vitamin supplements are you currently taking
When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels last tested
I take 1000 vitamin D and 500ug vitamin b12..I am due to have all my vitamins tested.I think it was November last year they were tested. I was wondering if my blood thinner Clopidogrel could be affecting anything.
