About an hour or 2 after exertion I get incredibly cold and feel like my metabolism has pretty much come to a grinding halt. Examples: couple hours after cold water dip or after a 2hr ceroc class where I got v fatigued and sweaty. Both challenged my body a lot.
is it thyroid related? Can I tweak my t3 timings to help servive the dance class without crashing after?
On a positive note I’m very happy to be dancing again. It’s been over a decade and I’m 7st heavier😬

Looking back at your previous posts I see you have low ferritin. Basically if we have low vitamins then whatever thyroid hormone we take can't be used properly. Have you managed to work on that successfuly lately?
Really happy the T3 you added is helping you. I've fairly recently added T3 myself, also working on vitamins. Beginning to feel the effects but have a long way to go.
What are you taking at the moment to raise your level? As an alternative to iron tablets they recommend eating chicken liver pate here. Any high iron foods such as chick peas, pumpkin seeds, lentils will help. It's so worth working towards that although I know it can be a slow job.
I’ve resorted to kidney capsules as eating liver hasn’t helped. From my reading I believe copper is the most important building block in getting iron levels up.
