Advice 'again' please πŸ™

Good morning all, thankyou for your support last night. After an awful night of vivid dreams and adrenaline surges, I have decided to be more proactive in getting well. I have to or this will kill me. Lying in my husbands arms sobbing for hours will not make me well.

Can I ask if the iron test from medichecks will be sufficient for my needs? It measures iron, TIBC,transferrin sat and ferritin.

I know if i try through my gp it will be weeks to get to see him.

Also I would like to do a cortisol saliva test, can anyone recommend one please?

Thank you x

Just stopping by to wish you well really. I read your last post and I really felt for you. I'm sure if you tackle the low ferritin and get some B vitamins in you with some added T3 you will feel much better. Hang in there.

PS pretty sure the Medichecks iron anel is identical to what your GP would do.

Oh there definitely are. I think the adrenaline stuff is your system just being too under powered. get your vitamin levels up and a touch of T3 and you'll be a different person. Glad hubby is being kind.
