What are your most recent thyroid and vitamin results

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking

As you have Hashimoto’s have you had coeliac blood test done

Are you on strictly gluten free diet

Many with Hashimoto’s find gluten or possibly more particularly wheat can cause bad pain

Low vitamin D often leads to bad joint pain

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

You need to test folate, ferritin and B12 at least annually

Vitamin D test twice year when supplementing
