I followed all guidelines only diff through GP app was 9:15 and I did home test 8:45 . Would this account for difference in TSH
Not to the extent shown. However, different labs, different equipment, there's no guarantee they will be the same but it seems very strange to have such a high TSH when taking T3.
The FT4 result is virtually the same. Stupid for your NHS test not to include FT3 when you take T3 🙄
Looks like Levo was reduced too much. What was your FT4 before adding T3?
FT3 could do with being a lot higher. Increasing Levo dose would take both FT4 and FT3 higher so adding 25mcg Levo back in would seem a good idea at this point, retest 6-8 weeks later to see how both FT4 and FT3 are then, and then you can decide which to increase at that point.
More likely to be a change because you have autoimmune thyroid disease, also called Hashimoto’s
Levels hop around with ha, that’s why so many Hashimoto’s patients do better on high enough dose levothyroxine/T3 to bring TSH down very low ….to stop your own thyroid levels swinging wildly up and down
Monitor My Health Results
FT4: 14.6 pmol/l (Range 12 - 22)
Ft4 only 26.00% through range
FT3: 4.1 pmol/l (Range 3.1 - 6.8)
Ft3 on 27.03% through range
Aiming for Ft4 and Ft3 at least 50-60% through range minimum ….you’re results show you are under medicated and this is reflected in high TSH
