After having Covid just over 8 weeks ago, with which I had very very bad chest, just being to doctor as still not right, only to find out I have fluid on one lung, so need antibiotics. My problem is timing to take them 3 times a day. I am on Levothyroxine 125 taken first thing on waking with half of T3 then T3 again 8 hours later, and before bed (T3 split into 3) Plus if I take antibiotics I need to take probiotics as well to help my stomach.
How long after my first morning tablets before I can take the first antibiotic? And how long before and after my second part of T3?
Any advice please?

I think this might be one of those situations where you just take the antibiotics when it’s convenient to you and try not to worry too much about the clashing with thyroid hormones.
Yes, you might absorb a tiny bit less of your thyroid hormone for the few days you’re on the antibiotics but the most important thing this week is to get the spacing of the antibiotics right so that you get the titre of the antibiotics high enough in your bloodstream to fight the infection.
I did think about suggesting you took them at 4am, 12 noon and 8pm but you’re unwell and getting up at 4am probably isn’t doable.
