blood results

I have a thyroid health issue and this is my recent blood work. I m taking compound t4:162 mg / T3: 27 mg however still feel tired and achy. Can someone help in understanding my blood results. Thank you.

Your FT3 is good.

You might benefit from FT4 being higher. When on combination thyroid hormone replacement some of us are fine with low FT4, others need it higher and reasonably well balanced with FT3.

Your serum iron and saturation are improving, are you supplementing? Serum iron is recommended to be 55-70% through range so that would be around 120ish.

Hi thank you so much for responding. This is so hard to analyze and confusing. So you think ft4 can improve, right. In addition my idione is low which can be better. It’s so hard and I try .

Have you had your ferritin, folate, B12 and D checked as you may have absorption problems?
