Well, you do have antibodies. The result is 30, top of the range is 35, so they're quite high in-range. But, antibodies fluctuate all the time, So it doesn't mean anything.
And, as you have Hashi's, your high over-range FT3 and high in-range FT4, is probably more to do with the Hashi's than your dose. How do you feel on this dose? If you feel good, don't change anything.
