I had the booster for covid, it was Moderna, a month ago and since then my symptoms have been all over the place, from depressed and anxious to hyper and stressed and now getting palpitations. Does this latest vaccine cause any problems, Its not affected me previously .

As the spring booster has only been for people 75 years plus or those extremely vulnerable, I doubt many members have yet had this one. There are no plans at present to do a poll for the second booster.

All vaccine related experiences are within the dedicated poll threads for the first and second vaccines plus the first booster. You may find something about your particular brand of vaccine there:

1st vaccine: healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

2nd vaccine: healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Booster: healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

It might be worth you doing a thyroid function test to include TSH, FT4 and FT3. My booster was Pfizer (vaccines AZ) and it did affect my levels quite a bit, I didn't get any symptoms but my levels were definitely affected and I had to alter my dose of thyroid meds.

You should report your side effects. Its the yellow card system in UK but google "report covid vaccine side effects" for your relevant country.

You could then report again if your thyroid levels are affected (S/Susie recommendation).

I became seriously ill after the second vax, and it has left me with heart and lung problems. I have learned never to mention the word "vaccine" to any of the medical profession as they stop listening at that point, and do absolutely nothing.

That's my worry when I talk to the doctor on Friday, I can't even get a T3 test and I've had a total thyroidectomy

Thanks for your reply, I'll do a bit of research. When asking for a complete thyroid check, it was totally refused and she wasn't too receptive to the idea that I would get a private test done for her to look at.
