signs of spring at last.

I was out this morning on my way to the shops, & was pleased to see the daffodils are up in a lot of gardens. Seeing them cheers me up quite a bit because it`s the first sign that winter`s almost over.

Yes, it is nice to see the daffodils as well as crocuses and snowdrops. The other day I saw a brimstone butterfly!

Mind you, where did the cold weather go?? Just worried that it still may appear!

my tulips are also coming up.me too concerned will have a late winter.so mild that my annie has her allergy early she normally starts scratching in the spring so had a trip to vets yesterday came back with a spray .steroids and more eardrops.

Funny that this morning had more ice on my windscreen than I have had in ages!

Being outside in the sun for a short time early this afternoon was lovely. :-)

Oh yes Spring is almost here how wonderful. Had sparse sleep last night, up at 6am, decided to walk a mile and a half into town instead of getting the bus, ignoring my joint aches and pains I set off in glorious sunshine and my heart sang....

No daffodils here in Perth, just aconites snowdrops and crocuses. They are all lovely.
