Was test done as recommended

Day before splitting Erfa into 3 doses spread through the day and last tablet approx 8-12 hours before test

How do you feel?

Are you taking any vitamin B complex and separate B12?

I was feeling a bit jittery, inside and breathless when I did anything physical like a bit of gardening I have reduced my dose to two tablets to see if it makes a difference, my test was done while I was on 3 tablets

No tablets taken for 12 hrs before

I have been taking B12 and vitamin D and magnesium but stopped around 6 wks ago because I was worried I might take to much
