what is this exactly? I’ve been trying to get my head round the “57 varieties of magnesium” available in fizzy water, vitamin tablets etc. etc. I’ve read copious articles in this Forum and elsewhere but am none the wiser I’m ‘fraid. Has anyone got An Idiots Guide to Magnesium? Thanks.

A couple of articles that explain what benefits the different forms of magnesium have:

drjockers.com/best-magnesiu...

Magnesium hydroxide is an inferior form, used as an antacid (reduces stomach acid) and in larger amounts for occasional constipation, found in Milk of Magnesia (if it's still possible to buy that).
