Taking T3 suppresses TSH. That's what it does. So, no point in worrying about that. Getting both FT4 and FT3 to 50% would be pretty difficult, I think, And probably not very helpful anyway. So, don't worry about that, either. First thing to do is to raise your FT3 to at least 50% - many hypos need it a lot higher than that - and see how you feel. From then on, it's all trial and error to get both to levels that make you well - that's the important thing, how you feel, not the number. No-one can tell you what will eventually be the optimal number for you, only you can know once you get there.
Thank you greygoose, the problem what I have is extra 10kg to loose, I do my joga exercise every day, eat healthy, but instead of loose, my weight go up all the time!!! I feel good all the time,doesn't mater if my TSH is 30 or is 0.01,Or if my FT3or FT4 are low or high.
