What is the optimally results FT4/FT3

Hi, I am taking levothyroxine and T3,

My blood test results show that TSH is under range, FT3 very low, FT3 too high.

My question is, should I strive to achieve 50% Ft3 and 50% FT4, and don't worry about TSH?

Or if I am taking T3 my results of FT4 always will be low?

Thank you and have a nice day everyone 😊

Taking T3 suppresses TSH. That's what it does. So, no point in worrying about that. Getting both FT4 and FT3 to 50% would be pretty difficult, I think, And probably not very helpful anyway. So, don't worry about that, either. First thing to do is to raise your FT3 to at least 50% - many hypos need it a lot higher than that - and see how you feel. From then on, it's all trial and error to get both to levels that make you well - that's the important thing, how you feel, not the number. No-one can tell you what will eventually be the optimal number for you, only you can know once you get there. :)

Thank you greygoose, the problem what I have is extra 10kg to loose, I do my joga exercise every day, eat healthy, but instead of loose, my weight go up all the time!!! I feel good all the time, doesn't mater if my TSH is 30 or is 0.01,Or if my FT3or FT4 are low or high.

I am strange, but I can not trust myself to set up the treatment :(

Shows low vitamin levels, presumably you are now working on improving

Ft3 on high side

You probably went from zero T3 to 50mcg T3 far too quickly
