Tsh 1.16 (0.4 - 4)
Ft3 3.64 (1.8 - 4.2)
Ft4 0.91 (0.8 - 1.9)
These are the 'best' results i have ever had. On Euthyrox 5x75, 2x100. Is it normal? I mean high ft3 and low ft4.
Thanks

Your prescriptive dose is rather unusual. Did you let quite a bit of time between your last dose and the blood draw?
These are older results. Just try to understand If it is something wrong. When FT3 is high must Be FT4 too? And yes, 26 hours have passed from the last dose
That's quite a long gap between bloods and draw. They may not be accurate. Sorry can't be of any more help.
You are right, though, normally T4 will be as high or higher in the range than the FT3 is in the range.
There can be some resistance to T3 which can build up. You would probably not feel well if that is happening. There is such a thing as over conversion as well. If either of those is the case, probably a reduction in T4 may be necessary.
i never felt good since im on levo...fortunately (or unfortunately) these are older results. now both ft3 and ft4 are low in range
I used to have the same problem and if I tried to raise my dose, it only gave me hyper effects. This probably means your adrenal glands need support. This website is helpful.
My TSH is below range and T4 is low in range with T3 being mid range. My endo told me when taking T3 your T4 will measure lower. So if she is correct then it is normal to have high T3 and lower T4. The question is: how do you feel?
It could be that you aren't on a high enough dose but you are a good converter. Normally our body produces mostly T4 which we concert to T3 and we need a certain level of T3 to make things work well. So just thinking that may be your. conversion is good but there isn't enough T4 to do it effectively so your body is drawing on previously stored T4 to convert to the extra T3 it needs and so evenutially you would struggle as your store is depleted. So adding more T4 means the Thyroid can still produce what it needs but without running the risk of slowly eating into its storage level. Don't know if this is feasible but it would explain it and it would also bring your TSH nearer 1
I just looked at your first post, nicely responded by Clutter. Did the iodine destroy your entire gland?
I wish we knew whether your FT3 level is a false or true reading. T3 is very, very important for the heart. Do you get a slow pounding when you are in bed? Have you taken your temperature? This another test of your metabolism. Is your blood pressure abnormally low or high? When you are low, your adrenal gland will shoot out adrenaline and cortisol. That may show up with palpitations.
Clutter had a link to Chris Kessler and he is very knowledgeable. So is this man which helps explain how the hormones work together.

I still have some thyroid 1,4/3,4/1,4 cm - 1/2,6/1 cm, my blood pressure is normal 12/8, 11/7, my temperature is low, slow pulse, ectopic beats especially in the morning. My endo wanted to test urinary metanephrine which was in range. That was 2 months ago. A year ago the cortisol serum was 24.1 (5-25). All my tests in the last 4 years are done to a private lab so i would like to believe in silverfox's theory rather than in a mistake...
Your low heart rate and temperature mean that your T3 is not entering cells as it should. Some call it pooling and some call it resistance. I'm pretty certain you are in this category. stopthethyroidmadness.com/p...
