So after posting the results of my private blood tests on here and getting great advice, I thought I would show you the “amazing” (not) reply from my endocrinologist 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

Are you going to do what was suggested last time, ie reduce T3 slightly and increase Levo a bit? I think that could help, plus of course improving ferritin and Vit D.
Thanks, I purchased the vit D tablets and the B12 ones that were recommended to me on my last post, haven't started taking them yet as I thought he would request more bloods. I want to try your suggestion of reducing T3, and increasing levo, but I know my docs won't increase the levo based on the letter and if i increase I will run out before my next prescription is due, unless I buy privately, but never done that before?
I think you went to the same endo as a close friend of mine! She had a ft4 of 10 (12 - 22) and he said ‘all fine’. Soo frustrating. She’s self medicating now. Sorry I should say self sourcing or it sounds like she’s turned to the bottle. Although that would be understand able!!
