Could someone please suggest a conversion table from cynomel to tiromel? For instance, if I was taking, say, 75mcg cynomel per day, how much tiromel would I have to take to have the same effect? I know from previous experience that tiromel is less effective than cynomel. Unfortunately, I don't seem able to source cynomel at present, but can get hold of tiromel. Thanks.

Coppernob both tablets have the same declared hormone content - 25mcg liothyronine. You will need to go by trial and error and by how the different brand affects you personally. You already know that you find tiromel to have less effect so be prepared to increase your dose.
Like so much else ( thyroid) it's an individual thing!
I've used both and find little difference between them....others do.
Listen to your body it will soon tell you if you need to adjust
Suggest you start with a straight swop and go from there
I used to feel that Cynomel was stronger than Tiromel, but recently it feels that there is no difference.
