New lab results and antibodies tested.

I just got my labs back after being on namebrand synthroid for a month. I requested to go up a dose to see if my tsh would get below 1, but they wanted me to try namebrand first. They did not test my vitamins this time, but they were normal range last time. I asked them to test for hashimotos. The nurse wasn't sure exactly what to order so ordered everything to do with thyroid. What do you guys think about the results?

I was fasting and without meds. These were taken at 8 30 am.
