Liothyronine on private prescription

I get T3 on a private prescription, and previously acquired Thybon Henning from Germany for approximately £7 for 28 tablets. Since Brexit, we cannot get prescriptions filled in Germany.

Now I find that pharmacies over here - that used to supply Thybon Henning - can’t supply it, and the cheapest price (I’m told) is £65 for 28 tablets.

Has anyone found a better (current) price in the UK?

Typically price is 50p-60p per tablet via specialist U.K. pharmacies

Prescription should specify Thybon Henning 20mcg liothyronine tablets x 100 tablets

Thanks. Having been told by Smartway Pharma that no-one is allowed to supply Thybon Henning now, Roseway Labs will do it.

The prescription has to say Thybon Henning brand…..otherwise they are supposed to supply U.K. brands (at £63 for 28 tablets)

That must be from Germany. I used to get it from another German pharmacy for about £7 for 28 tablets, but since Brexit they won’t dispense uk prescriptions. Have you had a prescription filled recently?

Yes it is from Germany. I have ordered from them before and my Dr has just informed me they are still shipping to the U.K. from memory you have to transfer them the money rather than pay by card (I used Wise). A bit of a hassle but still worthwhile for some people.
