Can someone in the know, give me your opinion on my recent thyroid panel? I see a new doctor next week. My numbers look odd to me. I've been taking 90 mg of Thyroid S for sometime. I take 60 mg in early AM and a split pill ( 30mg) in late day. My last dose would have been about 12 hours from my blood draw. TSH 0.01 range .03 - 5.00
Free T4 1.0 range 0.6 - 1.6
Free T3 2.1 range 2.2 - 3.9

It looks as though you require an increase FT4 low, also FT3 too. My levels are perfect I take 2.5 grains every day but have no thyroid. How do you feel?
Thank you for your reply. That was my thought, that I need an increase. I'm hoping the 0.01 TSH doesn't freak out this new doctor. Years ago, when my T4 and especially T3 were low, I started having heart palpitations ( I know...just the opposite of most people) and that is what has been happening recently. They're not bad, just once in awhile. Also, I've gained 5 lbs ( sorry, I'm in US and don't use metrics) in the past month, which doesn't happen if my numbers are good. I'm also dragging early in the evening...so yes, I hope an increase is in order.
It wouldn't hurt to increase by 1/4, see how you feel and then another 1/4 maybe. If it wasn't for the Doctors most of the people on this site would be fine.
I am lucky in that I have a letter from back in 2015 from the Professor Surgeon here in France, that did my TT stating that I should always have a supressed TSH. I have many copies and take them whenever I have to explain levels.
Most GP's and endos do not want to argue with a top Professor Surgeon.
