Bit of advice please,

So as previous post explained , I managed to get GP to agree to repeats of bloods and some extra ones. Just wanted to clarify about best practice from our side. Timings , when not to take meds prior to blood test. Timespan re supplementing ect. Thought I understood from previous advice but recent results from Bluehorizon and few responses have made me doubt myself. Also going to post in PA as have been SI B12 and need to know should I miss some before bloods, first available appointment is 9 am 23rd May. Take Vit D spray, will probably omit until tests. Any objective advice appreciated. Be kind I am still learning, Thank You.

You can take vitamin D until day before test

Possibly might want to stop SI B12 before test

Do you currently take any vitamin B complex or other supplements that contain biotin….if you do stop these a week before test

Take last dose 24 hours before test
