Sorry, I don't know of one, never needed to look. It's one of the B vitamins and as they all need to be balanced I imagine it is included in most B Complex supplements in varying amounts.

Why do you particularly want one without biotin?

If you have a particular reason for not wanting to include biotin all I can do is suggest you use your favourite search engine and use the term "B Complex without biotin".

Just stop taking vitamin B complex for the week before blood test

Instead you might take a separate folate and separate B12 just during that week

Thank you, that's what I was meaning if there was a particular B12 that you could recommend

Nature Made B complex is one of my favorites. It has no biotin but also no folic acid or b12. You have to make sure to get the plain one, not the Super B or others. Not sure if you can get this brand in the UK

Or do you mean just b12? Can't help you there sorry. Good luck.

How much biotin does your current B Complex contain? If it's the usual 400mcg then that is a low dose and leaving off for 3 days will be enough, it's only high dose biotin that is in hair/nail supplements or stand alone supplements, eg 5mg, that needs a week.

But if it's a B12 you want to continue with, to be honest it's just not worth it for a few days.
