Much better to take a good quality daily vitamin B complex and improve all B vitamins together

Vitamin B complex, one with folate in, rather than folic acid may be beneficial.

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast

Recommended brands on here are Igennus Super B complex. (Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Certainly only start with one tablet per day after breakfast. Retesting levels in 6-8 weeks ).

Or Jarrow B-right is popular choice, but is large capsule

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Biotin is not B6, Biotin is B7. Any reason for the individual vitamin? I suggested a B Complex a few weeks ago in reply to your post here

Don't mix them up because too much B6 over time isn't good for us, daily recommended dose of 10mg of B6.

Biotin is B7. B6 is pyridoxine. Folate is B9
