Omega 3 fatty acids

I have extremely dry skin and wondering if I should take omega 3 fatty acids. I cannot eat sardines or tuna as have reactions to tinned fish. I probably do not get any omega 3. Cannot eat nuts either. Which are best supplements to take and good absorption?

Have you tried fresh oily fish like mackerel or salmon? These are a good source of omega3.
