Could you please advice me?

I have very much trouble trying to figure out what dose to be on since I have got post covid (since spring 2020) and some other illnesses from covid. These are a all my results and I cant really tell from how I feel what dose to be on. What would you suggest from just looking on my results?

Clara as you have been ill it is more about time for the body to heal and adapt again rather than fine tuning combo doses. I think you need to pick a dose and stick with it and see how things work out longer term. The last thing a recovering body needs are constantly changing thyroid hormones.

Thanks. I've had post covid for 2 years so I really need to get to my optimum levels and stay there so I don't have to be stressed about my thyroid.

Unfortunately nobody can tell you what your personal optimal levels should be. On combo it is a very personal thing.

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Presumably you have Hashimoto’s?

Last year they were tested. Am supplementing iron, vit D, b12, magnesium, zinc and folate.I think Hashimotos since my tg-ab was over range. Am strictly gluten free.
