What should we take for acid reflux? I was taking Rennie but it gave me horrible gas and pain in the lower ab and back.

Everything I eat gives me reflux even if its natural healthy food. I am so tired fof this constant burning.

Acid reflux suggests you’re under medicated

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

When were full thyroid and vitamin levels last tested

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s usually diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies. Either high TPO or high TG thyroid antibodies

Are you on strictly gluten free diet or dairy free diet

all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally before 9am last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins
