New here and would really appreciate any advise. I recently had a blood test with Medicheck to test my thyroid as I have a lot of symptoms of an underactive thyroid however have just had my results and the doctors comment was ‘I see you have an overactive thyroid’ do these results suggest this?

Medichecks doctor has got it wrong (not the first time!).
Please email them and ask how can your results suggest a overactive thyroid when all results are well within range.
For your own information, to suggest an overactive thyroid TSH would have to be below range and FT4 would have to be above range. Your TSH is well within range and your FT4 is just 25% through range.
Just a bit of advice in case you're not aware - on your Medichecks result page you will find an icon at the top right of the page which says "printable results report". If you click on that, you will get all your results on one page. That way you can see all test results together.
No, your results do not suggest that you have an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism).
In your shoes I'd ask Medichecks where the doctor got that idea from because it makes no sense at all.
Your results don't exactly suggest hypothyroidism either.
Your Free T4 is 25% of the way through the range which may be a bit low for a healthy person.
Your Free T3 is 60% of the way through the range which is quite good.
If you are going to become hypothyroid in the future it may take a while.
However, there is a lot of overlap between hypothyroid symptoms and nutrient deficiency symptoms. Perhaps your vitamin and mineral levels aren't very good? Perhaps you are anaemic?
The ones that often show up as "not good" in thyroid disease are vitamin B12, folate, vitamin D, and ferritin (which is a measure of your iron stores).
My last blood test was worse I was told borderline but then the doc said even though they used that word I am still in range. (Been of meds for a few months so waiting to see if it stabilises)
So yours looks fiiiinneeeee why are they telling you overactive?
There is nothing in your test results to indicate your are over-active, or over-medicated. On the contrary, you need a 25mcg dose increase to bring your T4 level up and hopefully help you to convert more of it to T3.
No sorry for any confusion I am not on any medication and haven’t been diagnosed at all. I got my blood tested off my own back and the doctor from Medicheck suggested in the comments I have in his words an over active thyroid and it confused me
