Past couple months I have not been well constant tinnitus and hearing loss, restless sleep, slight weight loss and feeling alert all time.
I had GP do blood test results once a year because one of thyroid test came back showing underactive this was 3 years ago.
I had a private medicheck past two weeks to get bottom of this and it came back out of normal range and doctor part of medicheck reviewed it said to have another test in 3months or see GP.

It's unusual to have a high TSH with an over range FT4 and FT3.
Do you have any past results/ranges to share?
Next time you do a Medichecks test, I'd do the Thyroid Check ULTRAVIT to include the vitamins, your tinnitus could possibly suggest low B12.
Your restless sleep and feeling alert all the time could possibly point to overactive thyroid but as you say your results showed underactive 3 years ago it makes one think autoimmune thyroid disease, aka Hashimoto's, may be a possibility. Thyroid antibodies are often raised when Hashi's is present (but not always) and they do fluctuate (as do thyroid hormone levels) so one negative antibody result doesn't mean that Hashi's is definitely not present.
I was in hospital two weeks before i had test done they said my vitamin d levels are abit under so they given me tablets to take 1 a day during the hospital say i had Lumbar Puncture, CT Head Scan, and soo many blood tests.
I am seeing a ENT who got a MRI soon in couple days but i'll see.
As for underactive thyroid it only came up once in blood test 3 years ago i had repeats done and it was normal.
Unfortunately I do not i did see Rheumtologist last week because they suspected Sjogrens because I was positive in anti rho but he suggest that I dont have it since I don't have joint problems, dry eyes etc.
Seeing next week so i will be giving him the Thyroid test results and going to doctors next friday also.
One should really stop taking biotin one week before a blood test. So, it is possible that that is why those results are so strange, but not certain. In any case, if I got odd results like that, I would want a retest, to make sure.
I think that would be a good idea. Just for your information, these are the reasons a multi-vit is not a good idea:
* If your multi contains iron, it will block the absorption of all the vitamins - you won't absorb a single one! Iron should be taken at least two hours away from any other supplement except vit C, which is necessary to aid absorption of iron, and protect the stomach.
* If your multi also contains calcium, the iron and calcium will bind together and you won't be able to absorb either of them.
* Multi's often contain things you shouldn't take or don't need : calcium, iodine, copper. These things should be tested before supplementing.
* Multi's often contain the cheapest, least absorbable form of the supplement : magnesium oxide, instead of magnesium citrate or one of the other good forms; cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin; folic acid instead of methylfolate; etc. etc. etc.
* Multi's do not contain enough of anything to help a true deficiency, even if you could absorb them.
* When taking several supplements, you should start them individually at two weekly intervals, not all at once as you would with a multi. Because, if you start them all at once, and something doesn't agree with you, you won't know which one it is and you'll be back to square one.
With a multivitamin, you are just throwing your money down the drain, at best, and doing actual harm at worst. Far better to get tested for vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin, and build up your supplementation program based on the results.
