High thyroid antibodies help!

Ten years ago I was diagnosed with a thyroid problem-high thyroid antibodies and a scan showed a chronically inflamed thyroid.

Complete health dysfunction-flu like, sore neck/throat, pain, extreme fatigue.I saw an endo in London who was kind and suggested thyroiditis but said that the thyroid was functioning.

Three years ago private scan and endo same conclusion.Been doing private bloods.Lowest TSH 0.58 miu/L 0.35-4.94miu/L April 2020.

Ten years on same scenario with GP saying results are normal?Total fatigue, ears buzzing, depression, fybromyalgia and barely coping with part time work.My son has type 1 diabetes so autoimmune issues are in the family.

My question is do I start taking thyroid medication myself and how much or is there a sympathetic endo out there who would prescribe based on symptoms.

I have only posted the antibodies because I can’t yet see how to post more.I will try.

Any ideas gratefully received.Thank you all for your knowledge and time.

Just the green part of the bar, so with the above it would be 0-34.

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

High TPO thyroid antibodies confirms autoimmune thyroid disease

Have you had coeliac blood test done

Are you on strictly gluten free diet

Thank you for replying SlowDragon.I haven’t had a coeliac test and will do.I take selenium, fish oils, D3, iron, ubiquinol, n-acetyl-L-cysteine partly to help with irritable bladder and uti’s.

I am working towards being gluten free.
