Vit D: 56nmol/L
This isn't much improvement from the results you posted on 2nd May when your level was 42.4nmol/L. How much D3 are you taking daily? Are you taking magnesium and Vit K2-MK7 (important cofactors).
B12
Your Total B12 is below range at 263 (300-569) but as the Active B12 test is the better test this isn't so bad at 84 and an improvement from the result posted on 2nd May of 72. It would still be better 100+. Are you taking a supplement? B Complex?
Folate
This has improved from 14.4 in the results posted on 2nd May to 26.6 so that's pretty good, still a little way to go though, should be at least half way through range (35+ with that range).
Ferritin
This is still extremely poor. Did you discuss your iron panel with your GP as advised in May? What is happening about it? Were you diagnosed with iron deficiency or iron deficiency anaemia? Have you been prescribed iron tablets?
Thyroid Function
The FT4 is still way over range, FT3 top of range. These still suggest overmedication. Your FT4 was 31.9 in the results posted on 10th May, it is now 29.6 so just a very slight reduction.
Did you have your dose of Levo lowered? If so you don't appear to have left 6-8 weeks before retesting as advised.
These new results show that you need a further reduction of Levo,I suggest you lower by 25mcg then retest in 6-8 weeks.
