Can someone help with my results please the results in red are private thyroid panel in December showing hyperthyroid I have always been hypothyroid but never to the point where they will describe medication from my recent blood tests with the gp my tsh is showing hypo again I’m really confused I see an endocrinologist next week and Im really scared I don’t want to get wrongly diagnosed the hyper symptoms I was getting was really bad fatigue palpitations that felt like my heart was trying to continually reset itself weightloss etc now I don’t get these symptoms so much but those palpitations where new to me since diagnosed hyper in December Amy ideas please thankyou

There is nothing in those results that says 'hyperthyroid'. Your Frees are slightly over-range, and your TSH is under-range, but not enough to be considered hyper.

What were your hypo results that you had previously?

To me, it looks like Hashi's, which swings between hypo and false 'hyper' - i.e. over-range Frees, with suppressed TSH, but Frees not high enough to suggest Grave's. I see that your antibodies are negative in that test, but antibodies fluctuate all the time, and also, 20% of Hashi's people never even have over-range antibodies. So, one negative test can't rule it out.

So, if your endo suggests antithyroid drugs, if it were me, I'd say that I'd rather wait and see what the results are on the next test.

OK, so your TSH does tend to jump around a bit. But, were all these tests done at the same time of day? If not, you can't compare them.
