You need thyroid antibodies, TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested

Test thyroid early morning, ideally before 9am

It’s about £35 to get tsh t4 and T3 tested by Medichecks or Monitor my health. It really is worth it to get the full picture. And tell us what meds you’re taking as it’s impossible to advise otherwise. But if you’re on meds already and your tsh is as you say you look under medicated.

Your rest must be a weekafterstopping taking vitamins with biotin in (it affects results) and get blood drawn first thing before you take meds.
