Bloods and cannot concentrate

I know this gets asked often but after almost 2 months of viruses I just can’t concentrate and need some help from you lovely people.

I have bloods booked for 10am Thursday. 3 thyroid tests and glucose and B12

I take 100mcg thyroxine and 40mcg liothyronine and 1000mcg mecobalamin.

Please can you tell me what timing is best for taking meds to get optimum results.

Really appreciate help. Brain fog ridiculous.

V

Wednesday

10am - 100mcg Levo + 20mcg Liothyronine (24 hours before test)

10pm - 2am - 20mcg Liothyronine (8-12 hours before test)

You can, if you wish split the liothyronine into 3 doses (eg 20/10/10) and take last dose 8-12 hours before the test.

Test should be before anything to eat or drink except water.

Take any supplements after the test.

If you take B Complex or Biotin don't take any more before the test
