Hi there
Having trouble getting cytomel(or any T3 without gluten and lactose) in UK. Any advise please. Tiromel is not a good alternative for me because has got lactose.

I assume you have not got a prescription?
No, I haven't got. 
My medicines document has links to information about many liothyronine products. So you should at least be able to check for lactose. Gluten is becoming quite rare in medicines.
But I do not have any sources to suggest.

You cannot legally buy T3 in the UK without a prescription. (Cytomel is just a brand name for T3)
T3 can be purchased from outside the UK without prescription.
