Following my recent post on palpation thyroiditis

These are my new results

T4 15.9( 10 to 21)

T3 4.5 (3.5 to 6.5)

Any ideas for going forward

I have multiple symptoms of which joint pain is very distressing

Did you get calcium, PTh and vitamin D retested together yet

You can download this app, costs £2-3.

Put your calcium, vitamin D and PTH blood test results in and it can diagnose where your levels are now

It looks as though you are under medicated if you are on treatment

Ah OK. In which case if you can do as advised, get tested early, fasting and drinking only water, hopefully your TSH will show high enough for treatment.

When I was diagnosed in 2004, the range of TSH was from 3. Mine was 3.14 so it was only just out. The range has now changed. I think that your TSH is too high. But getting a diagnosis with everything in range is very difficult these days. Perhaps it might be worth having a private test to measure your antibodies.
