TPO antibodies and pregnancy

I am pregnant and have Hashimoto's, and have seen a dramatic decrease in my TPO antibodies, which I think has also made me feel better. I have read that there is immune suppression during pregnancy, so my question is whether my TPO's will rise again after I give birth or there is a possibility that they will stay low? Any experiences?

Doesn't matter if they rise or stay low, it doesn't affect the under-lying disease. The Hashi's will still be there.

Antibodies fluctuate all the time. They have a job to do - i.e. clean up after an immune-system attack on the thyroid - and then they die down until the next time. And, it's somewhat doubtful that they are responsible for any symptoms you might have. There's not really much point in keep testing them. :)
