I would appreciate any comments and advice about my test.
I take Euthyrox 75mcg and I started with thybon 20mcg since the 14th of September
2021( 1/2 tbl 2x a day, morning and afternoon). Test was 2 days ago (25th), 8:30am, fasting, water only. Last Levo a day before(24th) at 5:35, as usual, and thybon 14:30.
My hair has improved, but my mind is foggy, my memory and thinking are weird, and I'm having a tense "movement" in my heart. Maybe my tsh is too low? I need lees t3? or I need more levo? I will show the result to my endo next Monday. English is not my language, I'm Brazilian and live in Amsterdam, then, sorry for any mistake. Thank you!!

Hi SlowDragon, thanks for your message!!She is one of my three cats, she is gorgeous and Greek. Thank you!
I didn't take the whole 20mcg, I got 1/2 at 6:10 and the 2nd half 14:30, as usual ( the day before test).
I took antibodies test 3 years ago after being diagnosed with hypo. I asked, and the doctor said no hashimoto's. But I have that result somewhere, I will looking for it to post here, and maybe you can take a look! I take a lot of supplements for years, including D3, methyl folate and B12.
The last time I had B12 & vitamin D test, my GP said me to stop taking them because( for her) they were too high!!! I loved to know that! hahahaha. I'm gonna also looking for that one.
That is where my TSH level is. I have tried changing my dose over the years but my levels are always lower then they need to be. I have just learned about how fickly TSH is when being tested and there are a lot of "do this, don't do that" you should know before you have your TSH tested. Look it up. However my T3 and T4 levels are fine. So I don't pay much attention to TSH, although the next time I am tested I am going to do the complete routine needed to get an accurate test.
I am NOT a doctor. But from my experience it is important to describe how you feel when you are not feeling well. That will give people in this community a clue as to your dose amount. It is VERY difficult to figure out if you are hyper or hypo by the way you feel, but it can be done, or at least it can help you and others figure out what to do. Your T3 and T4 levels seem fine. Perhaps your T4 is a wee bit low but maybe it is because your T3 is a bit high. I just reduced my dose of T3 since I was having moslty Hyper feelings. I will also adjust the time I take my T4 and T3 so I don't have the peaks of these two happening at the same time. You will find typical symptons of being hyper and hypo on line. You can augment these symptons with your numbers and hopefully come up with a plan to change your dose. My hunch is,lower T3 and increase T4.
