Help with Thyroid blood results whilst taking T3

Please could you advise on these results.

Dosage is 125 mcgs levo and 20 mcgs T3

I left 19 hrs between my last T3 dosage and testing

TSH - 0.27 - 4.20 - 0.005 L

FT4 - 12-22 17.4 pmol

FT3 - 3.1-6.8 6.13 pmol

If I left such a long time after my dosage before testing. Am I overmedicated?

How do you feel?

You've had a longer gap from last lio to testing that recommended here - so you have a slight "false low" - and you may be a little over-medicated. It might be worse doing another test with a gap of 8 - 12 hours from your last lio; or you might try and reduce your lio a little and add more levo to the mix if you don't feel tip-top .... (free T4 is quite low)

Are your key nutrients good?

Yes I think I might repeat the test as you say with an 8 - 12 hr gap.That might be sensible.

How do you FEEL?? TSH is so unrelable. Perhaps your dose of T3 is a bit too high. It is very strong stuff.

It’s hard to say as I’m trying to balance my oestrogen levels too. I’m tired and waiting to see if an increase in Oestrogen relieves the fatigue.

Symptoms are so similar for hypothyroidism and low oestrogen that it can be exceptionally difficult to figure out which deficiency is causing the problem.

I think I’ve been raising my T3 to alleviate fatigue when possibly i should have been raising my Oestrogen instead.

I should know in a few weeks time.

I may of course need both! ?
