Please add reference ranges for your results. We can see your antibodies are very high but I think you already know that you have Hashi's.

11 months ago…post says your GP reduced levothyroxine from 100mcg to 50mcg

Just testing TSH and Ft4 is completely inadequate

ALWAYS Test as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Is this how you did your test?

You know you have Hashimoto’s

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Are you still on absolutely strictly gluten free diet

Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

Hi

Yes i had my test first thing before eating anything. Im on 75mg of Levo now. I started eating gluton again about 6 months ago and didn't have any reactions to eating it again...do you think its that?

First step is to get FULL thyroid and vitamin testing

TSH likely too high for someone on levothyroxine

Just testing TSH and Ft4 is completely inadequate

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Essential to regularly retest vitamin D, , folate, ferritin and B12

Antibodies are high, likely to see antibodies slowly reduce on strictly gluten free diet

Come back with new post once you get results

Approx how much do you weigh in kilo

75mcg levothyroxine is only one step up from starter dose

Which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

Many people find different brands are not interchangeable

Teva brand upsets many people. Teva is only brand that makes 75mcg tablets

Replacement therapy with levothyroxine should be initiated in all patients to achieve a TSH level of 0.5-2.0pmol/L.

NHS England Liothyronine guidelines July 2019 clearly state on page 13 that TSH should be between 0.4-1.5 when OPTIMALLY treated with just Levothyroxine

Note that it says test should be in morning BEFORE taking levothyroxine

Also to test vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin
