No, you cannot purchase from Europe now (UK prescriptions aren't valid outside the UK).

Assuming you have a prescription you can purchase in the UK. I think the price is around 50p per tab, but check first as it may vary with pharmacy. thyroiduk.org/if-you-are-hy...

Thank you - this will be impossible for me long term due to price.

I currently take 5x 25mcg Tiromel (but am running low on stock). The German version I found stronger - so might be able to get away with less. But I also have a younger son on T3

We are now running into 3 yr of shielding - so can't even travel to buy.

I presume buying in Turkey or similar on holiday is a problem ? or can you still buy for your own needs

I think you can still buy for your own use in countries where a prescription isn't needed, but I have no experience of doing so.

You could start a new post specifically asking for sources of T3 without prescription, to see if anyone can help.
