Supplements and Black Friday

Being very careful not to fall foul of the advertising no -no ...

did a quick internet search and have got Better You Vit D +K spray for £5.15 a bottle - nearly half-price - with free delivery if you spend £15 [so got one for me, one for my other half and one for his daughter] on a Black Friday deal

I tend to dither a bit before buying things on-line, but if you need supplements or are running out of something, I'd say it's a good time to buy NOW

There's no problem with naming sources to buy supplements, it's just sources of UK prescription only items without prescription that we can't name on the forum. I'm sure there are some members who use the BetterYou spray would love to buy at the reduced price if you'd like to mention the details 😊

Boots have a 3 for the price of 2 offer on supplements at the moment. I got 2 Better You vitamin D3 + K2 and a B12 for £22 instead of £32.
