Blood taken as suffering with fatigue and joint pain, symptoms progressively worse pain in bones.
Blood shows Vitamin D normal 52.4 (50-250)
TSH 0.3
T4 16.0 Raised TPO
Am still waiting for an endocrinology appointment.
GP mentioned neck scan and notes state euthymic - raised risk to hypothyroid.
I also have a family history of pituitary tumor.
Am currently only on pain meds for joint pain.
Not sure what these mean and what I should be asking during my consultation.
Any advice appreciated
Thank you

Please add ranges on Ft4 (figures in brackets result)
You need TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 retested again in 6-8 weeks
Low vitamin levels are particularly common with Hashimoto’s.
Gluten intolerance is often a hidden issue too
Meanwhile request B12, folate and ferritin tested
Plus coeliac blood test too
Vitamin D is low, but not low enough for GP to prescribe
GP should advise on self supplementing vitamin D if over 50nmol, but under 75nmol (but they rarely do)

But with Hashimoto’s, improving to around 80nmol or 100nmol by self supplementing may be better
