Parathyroid tumour

Has she also had thyroid levels tested, vitamin D, and parathyroid levels
Is she currently taking any vitamin supplements
I have experience of hyperparathyroidism and all it involves but not in pregnancy so I won't comment other than to say if she does have a parathyroid adenoma she will need an experienced Endo and Surgeon.
Thank you . We live in Jersey , only 1 consultant , so will be doing research if surgery needed .
Parathyroid test needs to be processed at hospital lab immediately
Need to test Vitamin D, calcium and parathyroid together
If she had parathyroid tumour she shouldn’t take vitamin D
Calcium can be high if taking high dose vitamin D.

Obviously she needs testing for autoimmune thyroid disease /Hashimoto’s as you have Hashimoto’s
Good luck, you must be so worried. Hug.
