My doc messed my meds up by trying to get TSH in range so now I take matters into my own hands again and have started to increse. I just got my latest results on 75 t4 and 15 t3

tsh 0.03

FT3 4.4 (3.6-6.3)

Ft4 12 (12-22)

I want to increase levo but by how much?

With your current level I'd be adding 25mcg, you might want to take it more slowly and add 12.5mcg. Your choice. Remember adding more Levo should make your FT3 rise as well as your FT4 depending on how much natural conversion you have.

Will do that then as before she started messing I was on 100+20.
