Breaking Hair

Hi!

I recently was diagnosed with hashimotos after years of going to the doctor telling them I thought my thyroid was underactive and my hair is still breaking and coming out loads even after being on medication for nearly 6 months.

My hair seems to snap off, so I have lots of short bits that stick up at the top and the sides and it is thinning as lots comes out when I brush it or run my fingers through it.

I have had my vitamin levels checked and take vitamin D, iron and B12 as I am a vegetarian.

Any thoughts or recommendations would be much appreciated,

Bethany
