Hello, I live in the U.S., but read this site religiously, as I have learned so much from such wise individuals.
I had my yearly physical with some thyroid labs done. For the record, I take a 60 mg. NP Thyroid (this is the old version), and a 25 mcg. Sigma Pharm T3 in the morning on an empty stomach. Afternoon is a 5 mcg T3.
My labs are:
Free T4: 0.60 range 0.61-1.80
Free T3: 4.7 range 2.0-4.4
TSH: 0.027 range 0.300-5.600
I am hypo symptomatic, enlarged tongue, brain fog, repetitive thoughts, my mind doesn't shut off, muscles aches.
Any advice, please! Thank you so much!

Dottie If those were my results I would be looking to cut back on the T3 dose and increase the T4 dose. I would be increasing NDT and reducing T3 though you should only change one thing at a time. Some folks manage fine with low FT4; others need both Ft4 and Ft3 halfway or higher through their ranges.
Thank you, Lalatoot. I have a lot of old, original formula of the NP, so trying to make it last as long as possible until the issue with NDT's is resolved. I will try cutting out the 5 mcg at night and maybe take the 25 mcg T3 in the afternoon, and the NP 60 in the morning. I appreciate your help! Thank you!
